I looked again at examples on how to get VB6 to communicate with a MYSQL server. It’s still not too clear. (at least I have the working snippets to pull to bits)

But I should admit that I havent really tried to follow the snippets properly yet. I’ve briefly looked over them and wondered if I’m actually gonna remember how to program in vb. (after all this time? good question..)
